We know you are time poor, so we can help you with solicitors*, surveyors, foreign exchange* and insurance brokers all of whom are used to dealing with high net worth individuals.

Bespoke Solutions

For those high value loans, we can work together with a private bank to structure right solution for your needs.

Protection

We have experts who can help protect your large mortgage loan and can liaise directly with insurers to obtain terms that are right for you.

Fixed Fees

Our professional broker fee will be as follows:

Example 1: £1,000,000 to £2,000,000 £495.00
Example 2: £2,000,001 to £4,000,000 £1995.00
Example 3: £4,000,001 to £5,000,000 £2995.00
Example 4: £5,000,001 and above Negotiable

(the above fees are agreed on the basis we receive remuneration from the lender. Not all private banks remunerate intermediaries and therefore a fee will be by negotiation as with loans above £5m)

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage.
