By understanding your position in detail we can help you make the correct decisions, for example, if you need to move quickly we’ll find a lender who will act promptly, your mortgage shouldn’t be a concern simply just a means to an end for that dream home.

What are my mortgage options? Here are a few

Interest Only

If you have a larger deposit and wish to reduce your monthly payments this could be a good option. You may receive annual bonuses, have a large pension and/or share portfolio, there could be numerous reasons why repaying your mortgage this way could work for you. With this type of mortgage you need to be aware that you will need to find a sufficient lump sum to repay the mortgage at the end of the term.

Offset

You’ve got cash sitting on deposit, receive bonus or commission payments, maybe you’re self employed, many borrowers could benefit from an offset mortgage and if you’re concerned about changing interest rates, you can fix it as well. An offset mortgage links your savings balance to your mortgage in order to reduce the mortgage balance you’re charged interest on.

Large Loan Mortgages

We have a wealth of knowledge in the large loans market, typically considered to be greater than £1m. We have an excellent relationship with lenders in this space and have the expertise required to present these cases successfully.
